WHAT TO EXPECT

Everyone has heard of the pheasant hunting tradition in South Dakota. At Sodak Guide Service we take that tradition seriously. We provide a family style hunting experience, on privately owned areas, that reflects all that the beautiful norther praise has to offer. You can expect personal service from landowners and guides that have first hand knowledge of the habitat, history, and restoration of the lands. Many of our properties have been converted from agricultural property to prime wildlife habitat. Years of hard work, and a love for conservation and habitat have resulted in world class pheasant hunting and unforgettable scenery.

FAIR CHASE HUNT

When hunting on our properties, you will be hunting a population of native birds that have been supported by decades of habitat conservation and restoration, as well as years of diligent stocking of juvenile and adult birds. Our habitat and stocking programs have resulted in thriving population of pheasants that greatly represents our rich tradition of South Dakota pheasant hunting. We take pride in the fact that our operation is an ethical and fair chase hunt for birds in the wild. We are NOT a pheasant shooting range.
